二、研究方向
1.植物内生细菌的生理生态功能研究
研究课题包括滨海湿地植物内生细菌介导植物表面微纳米锰氧化物的生物合成机制、内生细菌强化植物修复环境污染物的途径和机制、重要功能基因和酶的挖掘、内生细菌-植物的互作抗逆机制研究。
2.蓝细菌的细胞图谱及形态发生调控机制研究
细长聚球藻的高通量荧光标记和细胞定位技术研究、高通量缺失突变体筛选技术研究、蓝细菌细胞分裂和形态发生过程中的基因调节机制研究。
